WorldOracle processes the information required to operate accounts, evaluate submissions, and maintain the benchmark record.
Information processed
The portal processes registration email, team and model details, organization, public resource links, review notes, sign-in and security records, submission history, evaluation logs, and support correspondence.
Purpose
WorldOracle uses this information for email verification, account review, secure sign-in, submission processing, benchmark auditing, service notices, and publication of approved leaderboard information.
Public and private fields
Public fields may include the model, team, organization, approved resources, scores, and selected benchmark samples. Private fields include the registration email, password hash, private notes, original packages, and internal review records.
Storage and retention
Passwords are stored as password hashes. Account, submission, and audit records remain available for benchmark operation, verification, security, and integrity review. Participants may ask the organizers to review or remove information; security and integrity records may be retained when those purposes still apply.
Keep personal information, credentials, and private tokens out of registration notes and submission packages.
