Submission Materials
This notice defines how WorldOracle handles uploaded evaluation packages.
Ownership and permission
You retain ownership of your submission. Uploading grants the WorldOracle organizers permission to store, unpack, scan, validate, evaluate, and inspect the package for benchmark operation and review.
Public display
The leaderboard may display approved scores and registered model and team details. When a result becomes the model's current best, its declared sample episode may appear beside the scores. All other package files remain private.
Package responsibility
- Submit materials that you are authorized to use for evaluation.
- Keep the package free of passwords, API keys, access tokens, unnecessary personal data, malware, encrypted entries, and unrelated files.
- Follow the structure and safety limits in the Submission Guide.
Operational retention
WorldOracle retains original packages, derived results, and logs as needed for evaluation, review, troubleshooting, and benchmark audit. Organizers may remove incomplete or unsafe uploads.
Quota is charged when the participant confirms formal submission, not when the upload completes.
